About

The ultimate design inspiration isn't found in trends; it's all around us in nature. Studying bioinspired design as an undergrad opened my eyes to this – nature has already figured out elegant answers to so many complex problems! Realizing we could adapt these smart solutions to improve people's lives became the core of my design thinking. And that's what I try to do as a Product Designer: take that lens of looking for smart, simple solutions and use it to build end-to-end UX that feels just as intuitive and makes things easy for people. If you're wondering what I'm like to work with, I'd say my designer toolkit includes being a quick learner, a proactive team player, and an active listener. My real strengths? A relentless curiosity that constantly has me asking 'Why?' and an unwavering attention to detail. When I'm not designing, you'll likely find me unwinding with a gripping crime/murder mystery novel and a coffee – my perfect Friday night.

  • Working with MobiKwik, my focus has been within the Payments LOB, where I crafted solutions to streamline critical financial interactions, bolstering security, and enhancing user engagement. More recently, I've taken on responsibilities in the Wealth LOB, where I'll be contributing to driving growth and revenue.
  • Key Projects:
  • 1. KYC Revamp: Spearheaded the critical revamp of the KYC journey across all product lines, directly addressing the broken and unassisted flow with high drop-off rates that impacted ~60% of our active users. My redesign introduced an intuitive, guided experience aiming at a significant boost in completion rates and driving user acquisition.
  • 2. Periodic KYC Updation: Led the building of complex periodic KYC updation flows, ensuring RBI compliance and enhancing security for over 7 lakh users by guiding them through tailored verification processes.
  • 3. Pocket UPI Revamp: Redesigned Pocket UPI from MVP to a comprehensive budget management tool, significantly increased user engagement, retention, and transaction volumes.
  • 4. Add-On UPI: Created foundational design for 'Add-On UPI' (UPI Circle), a multi-wallet integration feature aimed at boosting wallet adoption and transaction success rates. This feature was presented at the Global Fintech Fest 2025 by MobiKwik.
  • 5. Retirement Planner: Designed and conceptualised this new feature within Money+, anticipated to engage ~5.16% of its 350k monthly active users and enhance the platform's value proposition to attract and retain more users.
  • 6. Merchant Re-Verification: Streamlined the self-serve merchant re-verification flow for Mobikwik's B2B platform, projected to prevent a significant amount of unsettled payouts and ensure 100% merchant onboarding.

  • Our team 'The Convertibles' secured second prize in internal designathon. We tackled a challenging problem for ACKO Drive, crafting a unique physical experience for car repair/service in ACKO garages, promising a seamless and efficient customer journey (can't share more details).
