I’m Dr. Malhar Ganla, co-founder of Freedom from Diabetes and Obesity (FFD), where my mission is to help people Reverse Metabolic Disease and live a life of Health and Vitality. My journey into this field began under the mentorship of Nigel in Auckland, where my skills were shaped into a deep passion for understanding Obesity & Diabetes, leading me to become an Obesity Physician. Since co-founding FFD, I’ve had the privilege of guiding over 16,500+ patients toward reversing their diabetes and reclaiming their lives. Together, these individuals have lost a staggering 4.5 lakh kilograms, proving that Diabetes Reversal is not just a dream but a reality with the right guidance, education, and commitment. Education is at the core of my approach. While formal education laid the foundation, I’ve always believed that diverse learning from life experiences, mentors, and my passion for fitness including Marathons, Triathlons, and Trekking has been the driving force behind my work. These experiences continue to fuel my belief that true health transformation is achievable, no matter where you start.
