Setco US took over Ultra Precision Spindles which is started by me and my business partner Mr Pradeep Waghela.
Today Setco Spindles India Pvt Ltd is synonym with machine tool spindles business, whether reconditioning or manufacturing. With three service centers in India, Pune, Chennai and Manesar, Setco enjoys leadership position in spindle business in India.
Statistics point of view, we rebuild 1 spindles every month of different types, makes and applications and produce 60-65 spindles per month.
We supply integrated spindles and milling heads from our Taiwan factory 160-170

Ultra Precision Spindles is engaged in to the business of reconditioning of spindles used in machining centers, grinding machines, PCB drilling/routing, Wood working and other allied applications.
Ultra precision also manufactures custom built spindles though our focus lies on reconditioning of spindles.
Ultra Precision repairs about 55-60 spindles per month.
We repair almost all brands of Machining center spindles. Makino, Mazak, DMG, Moriseiki, NTC, Doosan to name a few
We repair various makes of grinding spindles. GMN, Gamfior, Voumard to name a few
We are authoirsed by Westwind to repair their Air Bearings Spindles in India
We also repair various wood working spindles of HSD, Omlat etc
