Deanna Oliver, MPH — CEO
I grew up in a world where mental health wasn’t talked about. That silence shaped me, and it’s why I’m building work that helps young people feel seen, heard, and supported. My north star is simple: listen first, design with (not for) educators and counselors, and keep students at the center. I’m interested in the quiet signals kids send, the small moments that change a day, and the systems that help adults respond with care. My background is in public health and health tech (Cornell Tech; NYU), but most of what I know comes from conversations with superintendents, principals, counselors, teachers, and students who’ve shared what actually works. I measure success by fewer kids falling through the cracks and more adults feeling supported—not by feature lists. If you’re doing this work too, I’d love to learn from you.
