I run the commercial and GTM side of Vizdale a custom AI & software firm, working with founders whose businesses still run on Excel sheets, WhatsApp groups, and memory. I joined Vizdale in 2022 as one of the earliest team members, handling sales, client ops, and delivery firefighting while we were still figuring out what we wanted to be. Over time, that turned into owning the full commercial engine: pipeline, scoping, commercials, handoffs into delivery, and keeping clients for the long term. Along the way, I've closed 8 high-value deals in the ₹5–20L range and led 18+ projects end-to-end from first cold conversation to go-live and ongoing support across manufacturing, tech-enabled services, and legacy businesses trying to modernize their internal tools. I cut typical delivery cycles from 5+ months to under 2 months by standardising how Vizdale scopes, hands off, and tracks work instead of rebuilding process from scratch every time. I care about the unsexy part of AI and software: making sure what Vizdale ships actually cleans up day-to-day operations and doesn't become "yet another tool nobody updates". Right now, that means working with ops-heavy founders to decide what to automate first, where AI is genuinely safe to introduce, and how to plug these systems into their existing teams without chaos.
