• Designed an MVP of a personal client account from scratch, which resulted in a 2x increase in retention and opened up strategic opportunities for more expensive monetization.
• Conducted regular customer research including interview, usability tests, corridor test that allowed making product and interface decisions, creating new hypotheses.
• Launched a subscription for regular customers in 3 weeks, as a result of which the subscription attracted 10% of customers.
