• MediaTailor:
• I spearheaded the development and launch of MediaTailor, a cutting-edge ad insertion service, successfully deploying it across five regions. Pioneering the adoption of cellular architecture, we collaborated with Amazon Prime to host Thursday Night Football, a million tps event. This marked a pivotal moment for MediaTailor, showcasing its ability to personalize manifests and efficiently handle simultaneous manifest personalizations for millions of viewers. Over the following years, our focus on personalizing manifests for high-profile events, including TNF and other live sports, as a multi-tenant service demonstrated our enhanced scalability. These improvements played a crucial role in steering MediaTailor toward generating multi-million-dollar revenue.
• MediaStore:
• Within the MediaStore team, I played a key role in developing and optimizing MediaStore—a live streaming media storage service known for its exceptional low latency, high availability, and cost-effectiveness. During my tenure, I took on the responsibility of ensuring that the service could seamlessly handle major events, such as the Super Bowl, while consistently meeting our committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for glass-to-glass latencies.
• MediaConvert
• Built and executed a multi-year roadmap to stabilize the service so that the service could be grown from $0 to $50 million ARR.

• Fluid Cache is based on memory clustering technology and is used to create a shared memory pool of flash storage that resides physically on servers and yet front ends the disk capacity on SAN arrays. I was working on the Windows Server side of Fluid Cache implementation with main focus on the data redundancy model and cache device failure handling.

• Our team is delivering the iOS MAM/AppWrapping into Office and Intune.
• AppWrapping provides enterprises with a way to add light-weight data protection policies such as restricted copy paste, encryption, restricted backup etc. to LOB applications without rewriting them.
• MAM (Mobile Application Management) provides an SDK to add similar data-protection policies to AppStore applications with a minimal amount of work on the ISV's part. It also exposes capabilities to wipe corporate data associated with an app when a device is no longer managed.

• Since 2007, I served as a senior software engineer for Symantec/Veritas, where I was repeatedly recognized for developing innovative solutions for Veritas Base(VXVM) and Cluster Volume Manager(CVM).

• I worked on core base and clustering features like mirroring, instant snapshots, messaging, multithreading, split brain, disk group management and other advanced features involving volume management in asymmetric environments, fencing, high availability solutions and dynamic multipathing.
• During my work in volume management, I was exposed to massive scale storage utilization scenarios and experienced development of low level I/O for the same.I have acquired expertise in clustering, kernel programming, debugging and performance analysis as a result of my projects where I have been responsible from initial requirement gathering to design, implementation, testing, documentation, providing training to support and then handling customer escalations.

• SQUAD Implementation on OSDs: A scalable intelligent storage centric system was designed and implemented for integrating structured and unstructured data seamlessly using Object Storage Devices (OSDs).
• OsdFS extension: Extending the OSD File system for caching.
• Searching and Indexing for SQUAD ­ An efficient and a scalable multidimensional indexing scheme which would support both exact and range based queries is being designed.
• SIMON: A Scalable Multilevel system for Discrete-Event Simulation of networks and storage area networks was implemented.
• Detection of Coordinated Scans using Data Mining ­ Coordinated scan attacks using a clustering based scheme were detected. Two known attacks were mined successfully.
