With a design foundation from Pearl Academy (2006–2010) and a post-graduate diploma from NMIMS, I’ve spent the past 13+ years blending creativity with commerce across fashion, furniture and fine veneers. Currently, I lead WeWood as Director—a design-first venture born from my passion for craftsmanship, innovation, and the beauty of wood. We specialize in custom furniture, wood-resin home décor and decorative pieces, working closely with architects, designers and modern homeowners. Every creation is a balance of rustic warmth and contemporary elegance—made to order, made to last. Since 2014, I’ve also helmed the branding and marketing vertical at Starwood Veneers, the manufacturing arm of our family-run parent company, Santosh Timber. With over 25 years of industry legacy, Starwood today is one of India’s leading veneer exporters, serving 17+ countries across Europe, the UK, and the US. Our extensive product line includes: MDF, Birch Ply,Veneers (Natural, Dyed & Recon), Burma Teak Veneers, Lumbers, Customized resin & wood-based home decor. From conceptualizing global catalogs and storytelling campaigns to digitizing brochures and launching recon veneer lines, my role spans strategy, design, and execution. I’ve had the privilege to collaborate with visionary brands and bring a fresh, design-led narrative to an otherwise traditional industry. Before stepping into wood and interiors, I founded Sapphire Clothing—a fashion label I ran from 2010 to 2013, with collaborative embellishment projects involving Swarovski. My early association with Dastkar, an NGO that promotes Indian handicrafts, helped shape my enduring appreciation for grassroots artisanship—a thread that still runs through all my ventures. Whether it’s launching new products, decoding design trends, or solving real-time production challenges, I bring a builder’s mindset and a marketer’s eye to every project.
