Deployed optimization and forecasting models to optimize our Supply Chain planning and Execution, and Computer Vision models to identify defects in inbound cartons labelling. Invented a mathematical model to optimize resource planning given the uncertainty of our forecasts and the asymmetry of our costs.

• Managed a team of 6 BIE and Data Scientists. Deployed OR and ML models to optimize the EU network connectivity to maximize delivery speed, minimize cost and carbon emissions and analytics solutions to audit our connectivity. Drove improvements in delivery speed throughout Covid.
