I like messy problems, the ones that cross teams, stall progress, and waste time. I’m motivated by digging into them, identifying bottlenecks, and turning insights into clear action. Sales taught me how to connect with people. Consulting showed me how to structure complexity and tell a story. Product let me build systems that truly work. At Fonoa, I helped grow products from scratch to multi-million ARR with clients around the world. What I enjoyed most was turning complexity into clarity, and clarity into execution. Then I kept running into the same time sink: RFPs. They take too much time, drag experts away from their work, bury sales in spreadsheets and too often go nowhere.
