I’m a portfolio-level design leader who works customer-backward and data-forward to drive growth at scale. With 20+ years across Walmart, Amazon, and Samsung, I focus on designing experiences that help customers discover value, build habits, and stay engaged—while directly influencing metrics such as conversion, retention, GMV, and active usage across large-scale, multi-million–customer ecosystems. My work is grounded in customer cohort thinking and lifecycle strategy—designing differently for New-to-Digital, winback, and tenured members across digital and in-store contexts.
