• I’d love to tell you that right now, I’m working on a project that I’ve literally been dreaming of. In my last college experience, I explored the healthcare sector, doing ethnographic research and winning a hackathon with our wellnest project. Now, I have the amazing opportunity to work on a real product—designing a B2B healthcare management system and a dashboard web app for hospitals.
• I’m fortunate to be working under Senior Product Designer Nemish Zawar, where we are focused on creating a next-generation, user-centric healthcare management system. Our mission is not just to improve hospital workflows but to simplify and make the system more efficient so our health heroes (doctors, nurses, and staff) can focus on what truly matters—serving patients. With our B2B dashboard web app, healthcare professionals can rely on better management tools, while we take care of the backend complexities. As a designer, I’m excited to contribute to this vision.
• In this role, my responsibilities include:
• Analyzing and mapping current hospital workflows.
• Conducting competitor research to identify areas of improvement.
• Performing user research to understand the needs of doctors, staff, and patients.
• Designing wireframes and UI, with iterations based on feedback.

• During my internship at Uplifters, I worked on multiple international web design projects, including a standout PR campaign quiz project for Lazada, in collaboration with Weber Shandwick. This was one of the most creative experiences of my journey-pushing my skills in storytelling, GenAI, and interactive design. The campaign achieved 230K+ engagements during Lazada’s 11.11 sale.
• I also contributed to designing websites and apps for clients like Harbor Guard (USA) and other global brands across travel, transport, and tech domains, sharpening my design systems, UI, and B2B/B2C thinking.
