About

I started my career in 1998 as a Field Engineering and Mobile Network Project Manager at Vinaphone, where I spent 18 years developing expertise in telecommunications. I then transitioned to VIETMAP, serving as Director of the Fleet Management Service business unit, leading GPS/GSM technology products and software services across Vietnam, the Philippines, and Taiwan. From 2019 to 2021, I took on the role of Operations Manager at TSL, specializing in logistics solutions. During this time, I oversaw the implementation of BlueYonder TMS and SOTI Mobicontrol solutions, optimizing operational efficiency. In June 2021, I founded Gia Thinh Technology Services Company, where we developed WeSMART, a business operations management application built on the Smartsheet platform. Our mission is to help businesses streamline workflows, embrace digital transformation, and enhance automation. In addition to WeSMART, we have also developed WeGRID, a suite of automation tools that extends Smartsheet’s capabilities. WeGRID includes solutions like SmartDropdown, SmartForm, SmartLink, SmartLinkEx, and ProjectCreator, helping businesses automate data processes, integrate external sources, and optimize project management within Smartsheet. With over 20 years of experience spanning technology, services, logistics, and sales, I have developed a deep understanding of operational workflows, problem-solving, and the evolving needs of businesses.
