• As Executive Director, I am responsible for providing strategy and vision for program design and delivery as well as managing operations at GALA. I lead the Board of Directors in setting the strategic direction of the organization and ensure alignment of all of GALA's programs and services. I am also responsible for developing partnerships and programs that accelerate growth for GALA and its members. GALA is a non-profit trade association that connects and supports an international community of organizations and individuals in the global language industry.

• In this role, I provided leadership for many of the association’s programs and activities including events, content strategy and development, brand strategy and promotions, the Partner Program, and special initiatives. • In this role, I provided comprehensive project management for all GALA events which included an annual conference, regional events and programs, local networking events, trade shows, and special events such as the GALA CEO Forum.
