• Developed and managed the organization’s flagship program, the Intensive Program Batch 3.0, consisting of 12 sessions with 12 diverse speakers. Coordinated end-to-end program design, speaker engagement, and team collaboration to ensure the program met its KPIs and delivered high-quality learning experiences for young participants. Oversaw logistics, partnerships, and participant management, while fostering a collaborative environment across departments. • PTPN I Regional 2 is a Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) engaged in plantations with various commodities. One of the important commodities cultivated by PTPN I Regional 2 is rubber. Jalupang Plantation is one of the largest rubber-producing plantations in PTPN I Regional 2. I had the opportunity to work directly and implement the knowledge I gained such as sustainable agriculture, soil fertility management, and pest and disease control. I also gained new knowledge about rubber plantation land management applied in Jalupang Plantation.

• I had the opportunity to serve as the Person in Charge of the Cultural Seminar with the theme Dialectics of Anti-Radicalism. The seminar aimed to raise awareness among young people on addressing radicalism and intolerance, while promoting unity and integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. In this role, I was responsible for end-to-end coordination, from planning and cross-division collaboration to ensuring smooth execution of the event. This experience strengthened my skills in event management, leadership, and public communication, while engaging youth in meaningful discussions on national values.
