About

I’m an engineering leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling distributed systems, search, and platform infrastructure — and over 7 years leading high-impact teams through hypergrowth, migrations, and cultural transformation. At Netflix, I lead Content Systems, a foundational platform that powers how Netflix creates, manages, and serves content globally. I kicked off several key initiatives at Metadata Modeling and Serving layers, candidate recommendation and catalog slicing layers, from idea to execution, building the backbone of data interoperability across product and ML workflows. Before Netflix, I led Search Infrastructure at Twitter, scaling systems that handled trillions of documents and integrating ML-driven relevance and evaluation pipelines. At Walmart, I guided Rewards infrastructure modernization, building the foundation for AI-driven personalization. My focus now is on leading platform and AI-infrastructure teams that sit at the heart of intelligent systems — building reliable foundations for model training, inference, and evaluation while scaling the people and orgs behind them. If you’re solving problems at the scale of platform evolution, AI enablement, or leadership growth, I’d love to connect and trade notes.

  • I lead the Rewards+ teams which is part of the bigger Walmart+ organization. With the mission of retention, and directly helping acquisition, this team crosses boundaries with Search, Promotions, Benefits, and other critical teams inside Walmart.
  • I was directly involved in leading a newly formed team, installing optimal processes, and rituals, and investing in team health and culture. I spearheaded the collaboration between Product and Engineering to strengthen the relationships to maximize business value by betting on both short and long-term initiatives. Scaled the team and focused on delivering by driving big efforts like opening up Rewards to all customers(not just members) thus executing directly on Walmart's core missions.
