I am a psychologist and academic with a focus on clinical, child, and health psychology. I completed my education, including my Ph.D., from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) with the support of an ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship. My doctoral work explored the psychosocial correlates of HIV-related stigma among children Living with HIV,focusing on disclosure concern, perceived social support, mental health, attitude towards health care providers, and Medical Adherence. My teaching and research interests intersect across developmental psychology, mental health, and social identity, with a special emphasis on stigma, behavioral outcomes, and culturally sensitive interventions. I currently teach at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, handling courses such as Developmental Psychology, Cultural Psychology, and Clinical Psychology.
