Over the last two decades, my focus has evolved from solving tax problems to building systems that prevent them. I believe the future of professional services lies in: Segmenting and understanding the client journey, Automating the path from problem to solution, and Creating decentralized, framework-based platforms that unify coaching, consulting, and execution under one roof.
