I work with companies, governments, civil society organisations and trade unions to promote, ensure and measure responsible business conduct. For different clients, I have developed and implemented ESG and human rights and environmental due diligence (HREDD) management and monitoring systems, as well as training programmes and modules. As a researcher, trainer and advisor, I specialise in due diligence legislation, decent work, responsible business conduct, responsible purchasing practices, and sustainable public procurement in several sectors, such as garments, cotton, cocoa, soy, and livestock. I also have extensive expertise in facilitation, participation, and innovative dialogue design within change processes. Since 2003 I have been involved in the development of policies and strategies in the field of responsible business and private sector development.
