  • Built and executed an A/B testing strategy that tripled the conversion rate of the KISSmetrics homepage, increasing the conversions on homepage visits to free trial signups from 2.85% to 8.71%. I found a 20-30% win in our funnel every couple of weeks.
  • Owned monthly lead counts on the Marketing team. In 2014, we hit our annual goal 6 months ahead of schedule. The leadership team had to double my goals for the rest of the year.
  • At the end of 2013, I revamped our entire marketing ops and consolidated everything into a marketing automation tool (Pardot), got the tool installed, integrated it into Salesforce, and built out all the logic needed to manage thousands of leads every month. This was a key piece that allowed us to grow our leads as fast as we did in 2014.
