Raffy is Founder, CEO and President of Impec Group, with 29 years of experience in the built environment field. He carries the FMP credential ( Facility Management Professional ). He was elected as President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of AFE ( Association for Facilities Engineering ( AFE chapter 39 ) for 2013. He was Past President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of IFMA in 2008. During his term, he led the chapter in winning the IFMA Award for Excellence for the Best Large Chapter and the Best Membership Marketing in the Nation. In 2006, he was the Editor of the Silicon Valley Chapter of IFMA winning the IFMA Award for Excellence in Newsletter Publishing. He is a member of IFMA's Past Presidents Council. He also served as Past President of the Silicon Valley EOS/ESD Society and board member of the Pacific Association of Building Maintenance Contractors( PABSCO). His hobby is songwriting and performing in local Open Mic venues to feel connected with the pulse of the community. He has produced 2 full length albums, 1 EP and 1 single and will release 4 EPs in 2020. His songs are about love and life in Silicon Valley. He belongs to a hiking group that hits all the beautiful parks in the South Bay and Peninsula.

Work to ensure an even distribution of topics to meet the educational needs of our membership for both the corporate real estate and provider facets of our community.
Coordinate the venue logistic such as catering, parking, and audio/visual support, and registration with the help of CoreNet Northern California Chapter’s support team.
Coordinate with board members, Leadership Council members and other volunteers within the Chapter to ensure program feedback is solicited and incorporated into future programs.
