• Led a team of experienced product managers on a client engagement project with a tech unicorn to help establish a problem-solution fit, product-market fit and Go-To-Market strategy for a new SaaS platform. The goal was to help the business move from a service-based revenue model to a SaaS subscription-based revenue model. The work included working with senior executives to define and validate the product-market problem through customer interviews, defining the vision and product themes, validating the value proposition through more customer interviews, competitor research and creating/updating buyer personas. Also worked with the product teams to improve agile and scrum practices, along with roadmap planning and feature mapping.
