In the Founder’s Office, my role isn’t to “support” growth - it’s to structure it. I build the systems, commercial frameworks, and models that allow businesses to scale without losing clarity or control. Across B2B infrastructure, renewable supply chains, and corporate advisory initiatives, my work spans revenue structuring, channel and supply chain financing models, sales incentive design, CRM architecture, hiring and evaluation frameworks, and operational governance. From designing new client acquisition structures and incentive structures to building execution monitoring systems and automation workflows, I focus on one thing: turning strategic ambition into disciplined execution. Working across procurement-heavy B2B environments and advisory mandates means thinking beyond top line growth. It requires cash-flow intelligence, risk alignment, capital efficiency, and tight execution visibility. I design processes that improve financial discipline, reduce operational friction, and create alignment across teams.
