• 1. Coordinated induction and functioning of Technical aspects, Operations, supply chain, services, inventory, training and support of strategic platforms on the Western coast of India and advising the COO on the technical availability, operations and maintenance of the National Strategic assets.
• 2. Enabled savings ~ 80L by resolving recurrent defect on cooling system of main propulsion system of the strategic assets.
• 3. Formulated SoPs for operation of auto drain system of HP Air Compressors for these assets and enhanced operational operability of the compressors and thus the strategic platform by over 67%.
• 4. Developed technical documentation towards indigenised development & production of critical components of diving system of the Strategic Assets, accrued benefits ~50 Lakhs YoY.

• 1. As core member of Command Team, coordinated operations, supply chain services, inventory control, technology induction, training and support for the safe operations of strategic platform to meet national objective.
• 2. Spearheaded a pilot project on the Air Conditioning system which translated into a savings of ~ 6.5 Cr pan India YoY.
• 3. Pioneered the methodology and developed the process for successful afloat repairs of underwater hull fittings on submarines obviating requirement of docking resulting in higher availability of strategic platforms and savings > ₹ 30 Cr per annum YoY and enhanced operational availability of platform by 67%. Awarded commendation by Commander-in-Chief (C-in-C), Western Naval Command, Mumbai.
• 5. Planned and executed seamlessly two short refits of 90 days each for Submarines including defining SoW, inventory / repair material & spares management. Due to stringent project timelines, a decision to transition many Waterfall processes & methodologies to agile processes resulted in savings to the tune of > 300 Manhours. The effort warranted weekly updation of processes & coordination with many stakeholders from repair yard, OEMs, Headquarters Staff and my own team. Proud to state that both refits were completed with zero scope slippage and nil time overrun.

• 1. Led a team of 8 professionals to undertake repairs at sea to ensure sustained operations. The team continued operations for undertaking repairs for almost 14 hours under difficult sea conditions. Two of my team mate were awarded CNS Commendation.
• 2. Key member of core team which salvaged a $500,000 equipment and made it operational. Efforts resulted in accrued benefits of $500,000 and Three months of enhanced operational availability of the strategic asset.
• 3. Coordinated operations, HR functions, Supply chain, maintenance and availability of engineering equipment and systems including POL to meet the strategic objective and assist my Chief Engineer in decision making, planning and strategy towards optimum utilisation of the resources at disposal.
