Simar Kaur — Co-Founder
As a passionate Psychology undergraduate at IILM University with minor in Fashion, I’m deeply invested in understanding human behaviour. In three years of my ongoing bachelor’s degree, I have conducted six impactful research projects on resilience in young adults facing parental cancer, PCOS management among college students, and the impact of parenting stressors on workplace motivation. My work has been recognized and selected by prestigious institutions including AIIMS and IIT Bombay, where I had the opportunity to present my findings to esteemed academicians and professionals in the field. Alongside my academic pursuits, I have interned at Jaypee Hospital and Child Rights and You (CRY) NGO, gaining real-world experience in both clinical and developmental psychology. Outside academics, I oversee key operations in our multi-sector family business, with ventures across cold storage, agri-solutions, retail, and hospitality. I also run a Psychology social media page, and pursue my passions for horse riding, painting, and fashion. I’m driven to combine science, creativity, and entrepreneurship to create meaningful, purpose-led impact
