My roles and responsibilities as Resource Manager in Shreya Technologies were divided into 3 Categories, viz., Internal Recruitment, Recruitment & Resourcing for Clients, Sourcing Trainers to ATCs and other SAP user companies for SAP Training.
Internal Recruitment included handling requirements of A1 (R/3) and B1 projects; hiring candidates for all SAP modules; making offers; salary negotiations; generating reports; inducting new employees; etc.
Recruitment and Re-sourcing for Clients included complete life cycle of recruitment - from getting requirements from Clients till the delivery of the candidates; allocation of requirements to team members & ensuring that SLAs are met; negotiating rates with Clients as well as candidates; conducting initial round of interviews; performing reference checks; handling joining formalities for new joiners at the client site; placing qualified candidates in Permanent positions, Contract positions & Contract-to-Hire positions; collecting time-sheets (attendance sheets) from the Contract Employees and preparing timely Invoices on a monthly basis and making new clients for the Company.
While Sourcing Trainers for ATCs of SAP & Other Leading SAP Training Centres I maintained a Trainers Matrix with details of all consultant trainers along with their availability and training schedules; negotiated commercials with trainers, made their travel & accommodation plans, etc.
