• Managing staff diaries booking daily work for three Cavity Wall and Loft insulation surveyors ensuring they had 10 appointments a day. Ensuring that the surveyors work was sent out in enough time for them to receive it. Ringing customers to ensure their properties where suitable for cavity wall or loft insulation, if the customer was I would ask them a few questions to ensure that it was exactly something they was illegible for. Working closely to other companies such as Scottish Power, EDF Energy, Eon and others. I also answered the telephone to customers with queries and complaints and dealt with them quickly and efficiently.
• Accurately recorded information on a database and booked surveys and any notes if customer had queries.
• Managed logistics to ensure there was no more than 30 minutes’ drive between jobs.
