I’m a Design Manager at Adobe with 15+ years of experience shaping and scaling product design across desktop and mobile platforms. Over the years, I’ve grown from hands-on craft into leading teams, defining UX strategy, and building systems that balance quality, usability, and long-term impact. Currently, I lead and mentor a mixed-level design team working on Adobe Express. My scope spans authoring experiences, growth initiatives, education (K–12) and web experiences. I partner closely with product and engineering leaders to translate complex problems into coherent, trusted user experiences. Earlier in my career at Adobe, I led the design of Adobe Color and Adobe Capture, including Adobe’s first color accessibility tools. This work earned recognition as a Fast Company Innovation by Design finalist and resulted in multiple design patents. Across roles, I’ve focused on building scalable solutions that serve both novice and advanced creators. My leadership style is grounded in clarity, strong craft, and thoughtful decision-making. I enjoy coaching designers at different stages of their careers and creating environments where people can take ownership, learn through experimentation, and grow into strong, confident decision-makers. I’m especially interested in roles where design plays a strategic role in shaping platforms, trust, and long-term value.
