I co-founded ThoughtSol Infotech in 2014 with the objective of empowering enterprises with IT infrastructure to meet modern business needs. With a resolute focus on quality processes, modular frameworks and rapid implementation of IT solutions, we deliver a wide variety of converged infrastructure services for the 21st-century enterprise. At ThoughtSol, I lead multi-dimensional teams across geographies, as we design and deploy data centre infrastructure for clients embarking on their hybrid multi-cloud journeys. The objectives at ThoughtSol are threefold - build alliances with strong technology partners, provide high-quality consulting and sharpen technical expertise. Leaning on my core strengths of providing next-gen infrastructure solutions such as data centre transformation, server virtualization, storage optimization, data protection, network & security solutions and unified communication, I enable my team to achieve operational efficiency and take our customers’ business to the next level. Before co-founding ThoughtSol Infotech, I spent 12+ years with Progressive Infotech where I served as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales. In my leadership capacity at the organization, I setup the Technology Solutions Practice that won many strategic high-value deals in the IT infrastructure services space. I have also served a stint at Oracle India where I led high-value assignments in business management for the Storage department. I’m an alumnus of Bangalore University, Bangalore where I graduated in Computer Science and Engineering. Over the years, I have sharpened my strategic skills by leading independent P&L units right from market analysis to solution deployment. I have demonstrable abilities in team management, P&L management, training and project coordination and pre-sales solutions, amongst others.
