We designed the Backbone link with NEC microwave in the country from South of Accra to North Barkina Faso & across Kumasi, Tamale & Capecoast covering entire country. Here the job is to plan & monitor the project with various rollout & ramping activity & drive the project to launch commercially by September’2008.Here, the day to day job is to deal with 7 turnkey vendor’s for imple Radio Network project.Here we have used Ericsson Equipment for Core & Access Network. NEC for Backbone network & implemented Optical Fibre for entire country for the Phase-2.We have finished with RF planning, Transmission planning, Site Acquisitions, Civil drawings & Survey, Now in Rolling out of 3G/2G network.

• Here I was looking after the Two circles, M.P. & Chhattisgarh Having Five Clusters. The job involves dealing with Motorola / Alcatel / NEC/ Arya Communication/ Dishnet Wireless Ltd/BSNL/Survey of India, making project plans and ensuring the smooth flow for of the project. The project involves setting up of two MSC’s, 5 BSC’s and about 250 BTS. The project includes RF Planning, Microwave Planning installing and commissioning about fifty hops, Civil & Infrastructure Work, Electrical Site work, Tower Erection, Shelter Orientation & Erection, Point of Interconnect, OSP work, Last Mile Connectivity. The Equipment used was Motorola for BTS/BSC, Alcatel & NEC for Transmission Backbone. Dealing With Vendors ,Suppliers , Contractors & Driving them is a part of everyday job. Conducting Project Progress review meeting was the Job Involve & Giving the same feedback from the Circle to Corporate Office. Site Acquisition, Finalization of Candidate, Making the Site RFI from DDSL/DWL after all Punch point clearance & Handing the same RFI sites to Supplier-Motorola, Alcatel, NEC. & getting it timely RFS .The Job also involves Operation & Maintenance ,RF planning, Transmission Planning ,Testing with latest Test Equipments Spectrum Analyzer, EST,ESD- Acterna, Drive Tests-Agilent & then checking for the performance of the Network & maintaining it.
