I’ve spent the last few years deep inside the startup ecosystem working with founders, sitting with investors, helping teams fix their GTM, sharpen their pitch, and raise the right capital. Today, I run Xccel Ventures, where I work closely with early-stage founders and help them grow, scale, and bridge into the India–UAE ecosystem. I also wear a couple of other hats. I’m a Venture Partner at Bridglab, collaborating with founders and investors to accelerate high-potential companies in the Middle East and Africa. I've been an active member of Headstart Network Foundation - one of India's largest and oldest volunteer driven organization for startups. Before this, I spent time across some of India’s biggest innovation platforms: - At T-Hub, building out the Funding & Investment ecosystem. - At MATH AI & ML Hub, supporting deeptech programs and global AI initiatives. - At Sony Pictures (Shark Tank India - Season 01 & 02), helping with founder journeys behind the scenes. And because I believe you can only guide founders if you’ve built something yourself, I co-founded Greeban Fresh, one of India’s earliest vertical farming ventures. That experience taught me more about execution, resilience, and product-market reality than any boardroom ever could. I also mentor young founders through Startup India, MSSU i-Spark Foundation, Marwadi University, among many others, because supporting early talent genuinely matters to me.
