Developed a hybrid GNN-augmented LPA* system for real-time urban routing. The key responsibilities included designing a hybrid STGCN-FDGNN model, achieving a 22% lower MAE of 3.21 km/h and 95.8% calibrated confidence on the METR-LA dataset, optimising LPA* with spectral clustering (by creating batches of city/area in such a way that their correlation were near to zero) for 2.7X faster computation while maintaining 93% path optimality, and implementing a risk-aware cost function to minimise delays in dynamic traffic.
