About

I am a Faculty of Economics and Social Issues at CGB Mentors, with a postgraduate academic background in Economics and sustained experience in teaching and engaging with core economic and social science concepts. I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and have developed a strong academic grounding in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian Economy, and contemporary social and policy issues. Over the years, my work with Economics has been both theoretical and applied, focusing on how economic ideas operate within real institutional, social, and policy contexts. A significant part of my academic formation has come from more than four years of intensive engagement with competitive examinations, which required a rigorous, interdisciplinary understanding of Economics alongside polity, social issues, and public policy. This phase shaped my analytical thinking, conceptual discipline, and ability to approach Economics as a living subject rather than a purely abstract one. In my teaching, I place strong emphasis on clarity of thought, logical progression of ideas, and helping learners build durable conceptual foundations. I aim to simplify complex economic arguments without diluting their academic rigour and encourage students to develop critical reasoning rather than rely on rote learning. Alongside formal teaching roles, I have also been involved in academic content creation and have delivered structured lectures on Economics through digital platforms, which has strengthened my ability to communicate economic concepts to diverse learner groups.
