• // Crypto Wallet, Transfers and Staking — Led end-to-end designs of our all-new Crypto product.

• // Child Accounts — Led the design of one of our biggest features, which required close collaboration with multiple teams to design a complex and robust onboarding and verification system and the BackOffice tooling for agents to handle approvals.
• // Stock Gifting — Led end-to-end design of our stock gifting feature, which drove over €50M in gifted stocks within two months.
• // Onboarding and Account Recovery — Worked on multiple high-impact initiatives that improved 2D CVR and reduced CS tickets. This included a number of optimisations across the flow, a redesigned KYC flow, scalable multi-jurisdiction onboarding, and an in-app flag resolution system. On the recovery side, I delivered multiple modular flows for multiple recovery use cases, including a plug-and-play selfie verification experience.
• // Referral — Redesigned the referral experience from the ground up to optimize key touchpoints — sharing, accepting, and tracking referral bonuses — resulting in a 90% reduction in CS tickets. The scalable redesign also laid the foundation for seamless integration with future marketing campaigns.
• // Design Systems — Primarily owned updating, maintaining, and scaling our design system during the TR 4.0 app redesign. Worked closely with engineers to ensure components were shipped fast for use by feature teams and designers, had exact parity with Figma, had faster QA, and reduced inefficiencies in the delivery process. I also defined system-wide tokens and co-led the motion design guidelines.
• // Internal Tools - Designed key tools to help our CS and Ops teams move faster and smarter. Built an admin portal to manage ticket prioritization, assignments, and SLAs — all aimed at reducing time to resolution. I also designed our Access Hub, a central place for managers to oversee and control permissions across the organization, which ended up automating most of the manual workflows.
