• Boatsetter is the the world's leading peer to peer boat rental platform. As their first Senior Product Designer, I had to opportunity to design and test many new and innovative features. Here's some of the quick hits:
• I partnered closely with development and product teams to establish and maintain a suite of top-tier products. This included the web platform, the Renter's app, and the Owner's app. Each platform with its own user base, challenges and considerations.
• One of my projects included creating a library of interchangeable components to help us build custom SEO landing pages for users searching for boats in specific locations. The library I built helped us deploy quickly and launch new campaigns 2x as quickly.
• I led the design efforts for the successful relaunch of Renter's app. We relaunched a completely updated version of the experience, and we implemented a set of new features including editing bookings, cancellation flows, and a new PDP experience. The relaunch led to 1.5% increase in conversions.
• For the owners user base, I collaborated with Research, Product and Engineering to design an updated onboarding flow which streamlined the experience, while offering new features to many boat management easier for the user.
• I also designer the first version of the Boatsetter component design library in Figma, along with comprehensive documentation, to work toward seamless consistency across the companies multiple platforms.

• While working at Neya Digital, I had the opportunity to work with several start-ups and midsize businesses delivering quality design solutions at a quick pace. Clients across various industries including healthcare, cybersecurity, and data analysis products.
• Results: End to end designs, including UX Research, UI Design, UI Documention, and handoff. Successful product launch for a new healthcare app. Improved User Experiences for all agency clients.

• As part of the Design Systems team, I had the opportunity to contribute to a Design System which was supporting a suite of digital products. My role included:
• Researched and documented components and helped improve design standards and consistency
• Worked to optimize internal processes such as Visual QA, Design System Management, and Design Review.
• Designed the beginnings of an internal Design Systems platform as an internal resource for design and engineering teams.
• Helped improve awareness and adoption of the System across multiple product and engineering teams
• Collaborated with design and engineering teams to improve the accessibility standards of the Royal Caribbean app.
