Earlier in my career, worked with AISECT on large-scale, government-aligned skilling and livelihood programs, including NSDC-supported initiatives and flagship schemes such as PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) and PMKK (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra). This involved hands-on engagement across the skilling value chain—mobilisation, training delivery, assessment, certification, placement linkage, and compliance with NSDC and SSC norms. This experience provided a strong grounding in placement-linked skilling, vocational education systems, and outcome-based program management at scale, particularly in underserved and rural geographies. In parallel, worked closely with the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department on natural resource–linked livelihood and community development initiatives, gaining early exposure to forest-dependent livelihoods, community institutions, and state-led implementation mechanisms. This phase of work strengthened my understanding of public systems, field realities, and last-mile delivery, which continues to inform my approach to designing realistic, implementable, and sustainable CSR programs.
