Shakti Kumaar — CEO
Development professional with ~13 years of experience across CSR strategy, governance, and large-scale development program leadership, spanning corporate CSR, foundation-led philanthropy, and government-aligned skilling and livelihood initiatives. Currently serving as CSR Lead at the Tata Group, driving portfolio strategy, statutory compliance, partner governance, and impact measurement across high-priority social interventions. Expertise includes program architecture, process re-engineering, audit and ethics oversight, and building outcome-driven CSR and ESG frameworks aligned with SDGs, SROI, and long-term sustainability goals. Previously led and governed ₹200+ crore multi-sectoral CSR portfolios at Welspun Foundation and Axis Bank Foundation, covering rural livelihoods, climate resilience, skill development, and education, with deep engagement across government systems, implementation partners, and ecosystem institutions. In these roles, worked extensively on portfolio design, partner performance management, risk mitigation, and embedding impact measurement into program governance—ensuring that CSR capital translated into measurable and scalable development outcomes. Earlier in my career, worked with AISECT on large-scale, government-aligned skilling and livelihood programs, including NSDC-supported initiatives and flagship schemes such as PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana) and PMKK (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra). This involved hands-on engagement across the skilling value chain—mobilisation, training delivery, assessment, certification, placement linkage, and compliance with NSDC and SSC norms. This experience provided a strong grounding in placement-linked skilling, vocational education systems, and outcome-based program management at scale, particularly in underserved and rural geographies. In parallel, worked closely with the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department on natural resource–linked livelihood and community development initiatives, gaining early exposure to forest-dependent livelihoods, community institutions, and state-led implementation mechanisms. This phase of work strengthened my understanding of public systems, field realities, and last-mile delivery, which continues to inform my approach to designing realistic, implementable, and sustainable CSR programs. Across roles, I am known for systems thinking, collaborative leadership, and the ability to translate corporate and policy intent into executable, high-impact development programs.
