Vidushi Sharma — Co-Founder
For me, food has never been just about what’s on the plate. It is the story of various cultures passed down through generations, a craft refined by technique, and a universal language of human connection. My culinary journey began at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, where I was formally trained in classical French patisserie. The discipline and rigor of that kitchen instilled in me an uncompromising respect for craft and detail. I went on to co-found Truffle & Co., a bespoke Chocolate brand that redefined indulgence for a discerning audience, think quiet luxury before it became a trend and later spearheaded the kitchen at Mensho Tokyo, Delhi, where I introduced India to the artistry of authentic Japanese ramen. Both ventures have been deeply rewarding and shaped my philosophy of food & entrepreneurship. Today, my work is about more than being a chef in the kitchen; it is about experiencing and creating culinary experiences that transcend borders while remaining rooted in craft. Every plate created tells a story. Mine just happens to be written in many languages :)
