I am a graduate from School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada and a postgraduate in Sustainable Development Practices from TERI School of Advanced Studies. My professional experience is a rich, diverse and interconnected repository forming a balanced and sound perspective of development. As an Urban Planner, I have the knowledge and experience of Planning Policies & Regulations as well as urban infrastructural designs at different scales (housing to regional). I have acquired practical knowledge on R-urban development through academic and professional projects which drew my interest towards innovative development with a sustainable approach. As a Sustainable Development Practitioner, I learnt to connect the dots between policy and practice through rigorous interaction with ground realities with the help of field work in many areas of Northern and Southern India. Post my Masters, I have worked on projects such as Forest-PLUS, JnNURM, NULM, NRLM etc and received practical experience of policy research and analysis. Through independent ventures as well as projects, I have gathered an understanding of implementation programs on rural development and natural resource management. My previous work of high qualitative standards lasting two years was on climate-adaptive hill development in the Indian Himalayas. My key strengths are social research and development, community engagement and fundraising. I excel at stakeholder engagement at multilateral scale and contribute positively to team work with my can-do attitude.
