• Adapted promptly as I was thrust into a starter failure project just three months into my employment. My leadership, commitment, and team spirit fostered effective execution on timelines and deadlines as I led the team through the root cause investigations for the failures experienced on the field.
• Spearheaded the Fault tree analysis and deliberations over a 6 hour period for the starter project with a team of engineers, suppliers, subject matter experts, and managers, and led all rigorous testings necessary to properly understand our failure mode.
• Immersed myself in root cause identification as my team and I had weekly analysis of warranty engines to identify root causes and pinpoint areas for future improvements.
• Displayed acute engineering competence in my ownership of the turbo and actuators (EGR valve, EGR Bypass valve, Intake Air throttle) components of our B6.7 engine in the manufacturing plant. I was responsible for providing solutions to all issues on the manufacturing line and in the field relating to these components.
