I see myself as a mental health advocate before labels like psychologist, mentor, or speaker. In therapy, I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating emotional challenges, identity questions, relationships, and the many complicated transitions that come with being human. My approach is eclectic and humanistic, drawing from CBT, DBT, narrative, psychodynamic, and creative modalities. Not because therapy needs more techniques but because people are not templates. I am especially passionate about working with neurodivergent children and their families. Much of my work is child-led and play-based, because children communicate, learn, and process the world most authentically through play. When therapy respects their pace, interests, and individuality, growth happens in ways that feel natural rather than clinical. Alongside clinical work, I mentor psychology students and early professionals navigating the often overwhelming world of psychology and research. Through my venture, Psyber Hub, I aim to create spaces where learning psychology feels collaborative, practical, and far less intimidating than the textbooks make it seem. I also create educational content on psychological concepts, conduct workshops, and engage in conversations that bring psychological knowledge closer to real life. Currently contributing to the development of Palette Care while continuing to work across therapy, mentorship, and mental-health advocacy. Always open to meaningful collaborations, workshops, and conversations that move mental health discussions forward.
