It all started in the Indian Coast Guard, where I spent a decade navigating crises, leading teams and realizing that Well-being isn’t just a “nice-to-have” rather it’s that secret sauce that shapes how we handle pressure, make decisions and bounce back from setbacks. Along the way, I also battled my own Demons i.e. trauma, perseverance and a major crisis. Which is why, after retirement, I decided to help people understand their choices and make decisions that actually stick. So, What Do I Do?
