  • I help QA and PM to understand how the system works to run the events. (Like if this change here and this is a bug, what will happen with this and how to solve this)
  • Working with developers to make things automation and run events without server releases.
  • Feedback survey for each event we run, and after that I collaborate with PM to Tune the existing event and make it better gameplay according to the data we get from data stats and feedback survey.
