As a CSIR Junior Research Fellow (Life Science) and experienced Biology educator, I have a deep passion for education and research. I currently lead high-impact initiatives at Avanti Fellows, an NGO that provides high-quality, free learning opportunities to students from low-income and rural backgrounds. In my current role, I oversee program implementation in the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) and Ekalavya school systems, focusing on empowering students and alumni through targeted, high-touch interventions. I leverage my strengths in active learning, curriculum design, team leadership, and education research to drive innovation, equity, and excellence across programs.
