About

I’m fascinated by how ideas spread inside organisations - how people discover them, engage with them and ultimately change behaviour because of them. My career has evolved across learning, marketing and product, helping organisations develop their people while also shaping how ideas, skills and knowledge are positioned and communicated. At Benchmark Capital, a Schroders subsidiary, I built and led the organisation’s learning and development function before later establishing the marketing function and ultimately leading the talent agenda during a period of significant growth and integration with the Schroders group. More recently I founded Teamioed, a workplace learning platform designed to embed development directly into team meetings. I later supported Assemble You on learning product positioning and go-to-market strategy before joining the leadership team to help shape the platform’s learning strategy and market positioning. Alongside my commercial roles, I’ve always had a strong technical interest and have spent much of my career building websites, digital products and applications. Today, that extends into working extensively with AI to design tools, workflows and products that improve how organisations learn, communicate and build capability.
