"Most digital products are designed for interaction." For me the interesting part is what happens before that the moment someone pauses and thinks, “Should I do this?” I’m a UX designer currently exploring how ambiguity and clarity shape real decisions inside products. I like working in those messy middle moments, not just polishing flows, but figuring out what helps people feel confident enough to move forward. Lately, I’ve been curious about how this plays out in AI-led products, where more options don’t always mean better choices.
