Currently with Aon Consulting's Talent Solutions practice, I partner with organizations across industries, advising on careers & competencies design, selection assessments, development centres, leadership assessments, succession planning, and talent management - enabling them make better informed talent decisions. Prior to this, I worked with Abbott as a Talent & Organization Consultant, partnering with the Nutrition, Devices, and Diagnostics businesses in India. My work supported leadership and organizational priorities across multiple business units representing $600M+ in revenue and 3000+ employees, where I also led key talent and leadership development programs. Earlier in my career, I led talent assessment consulting engagements with $3M+ revenue impact during my earlier stint at Aon, managed campus hiring initiatives at Samsung Research Bangalore, and helped establish the skills assessment practice at CoCubes (later acquired by Aon). Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel and cultural exploration. I’ve visited 35 countries and all 28 Indian states, experiences that continue to shape my curiosity about people, cultures, and how organizations function across contexts.
