I’m a food entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the F&B industry across India, Hong Kong, and Italy. I started with Francesco’s Pizzeria, where we launched India’s first drone-delivered pizza. It was a bold idea, but more importantly, it gave me hands-on experience across kitchens, logistics, branding, and customer experience. In 2019, I co-founded Naagin. Despite being one of the world’s largest chilli exporters, India didn’t have a hot sauce brand of its own. We built Naagin to change that. Naagin is a product-led, manufacturing-driven brand rooted in Indian ingredients like Sankeshwari and Bhut Jolokia. Today, we are present across retail, HoReCa, exports, and direct-to-consumer channels. At Naagin, I lead product, brand, and commercial strategy with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and long-term growth. Always open to conversations around food, brand building, and scaling Indian consumer products globally.
