With more than 24+ years of leadership experience in various sectors, I am a driven technology leader dedicated to shaping the future of industrialization. Throughout my career, I have taken on a diverse range of responsibilities, including driving industrialization projects, overseeing the development of new products, and advocating for the implementation of digitalization and automation. At Marquardt India Pvt. Ltd., I hold the position of Director of Industrialization. In this role, I am responsible for leading a diverse division that focuses on implementing industrialization strategies across five different verticals. I have accomplished remarkable achievements, including the strategy creation of advanced manufacturing technologies like in-house Surface Mount Technology (SMT). With careful planning and creative strategies, I have achieved significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. During my time at Emerson Innovation Centre Pune, I successfully led cross-functional teams in new product development, effectively handled business crises, and efficiently coordinated international projects. I have successfully managed more than 25 full LCM projects. Furthermore, I had a significant impact on generating support for structural analyses, thermal engineering, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Previously, as the Head of Tooling and R&D at Marquardt India Pvt. Ltd. my role involved optimizing production processes and pushing forward technological innovations. I have a track record of building and leading successful teams, developing technology strategies that align with business goals, and successfully implementing cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.
