In February 2025, after 25 years in pharmaceutical commercial roles, I stepped away from the job market. Not to retire. To solve problems I had watched repeat across the pharma industry throughout my career. I spent 2-3 months identifying where I could add the most value. So I spent the next 5 months doing something unusual for a 25-year industry veteran: I went back to school. I upskilled myself in AI technology, studied its applications in pharma sales, marketing, and strategy, and established partnerships with specialized AI/ML teams for implementation. In October 2025, I launched Impactplus to solve a specific problem: Pharma companies need AI solutions built by people who understand pharma reality—not just AI theory.
