About

Honestly, I never set out to build an AI company. But I kept running into the same problem. Law firms, some of the most careful, process-driven organizations in the world, were either avoiding AI completely, or quietly using tools like ChatGPT and hoping nothing would go wrong. And the thing is, the risk is real. Client data. Case strategy. Privileged communications. All of it flowing through shared servers they don't own or control. One breach. That's all it takes. I knew there had to be a better way. So I started asking a different question, not "how do we get law firms to use AI" but "how do we build AI that law firms can actually trust?" That question became Elcara. We build private AI, deployed entirely inside a firm's own infrastructure. Their data never leaves their servers. Not to us, not to anyone. And we get it live in 6โ€“8 weeks, not the 6โ€“12 month consulting marathon most firms have been burned by before. We're based out of Dubai, and we work with firms across the Middle East and internationally, firms handling M&A, litigation, compliance, contracts in both Arabic and English. The use cases are real and the results are real. Partners getting back 11 hours a week. First drafts going from 3 hours to 30 minutes. Contract reviews that used to pile up, now handled in a fraction of the time. I care deeply about building something that actually earns trust in an industry where trust is everything. If you're a law firm exploring AI, or trying to figure out if it's even safe to, I'd genuinely love to talk. ๐Ÿ“… cal.com/adiflips/ai-strategy-call

  • Worked on SLPs, writ petitions, and inter-state disputes under an AoR at the Supreme Court. Researched constitutional questions under Articles 131, 32, and 136, and helped prepare research material for submissions on RERA and IBC matters. Watching how AoRs manage the procedural requirements of Supreme Court filings the filing, the listing, the timelines was genuinely useful

  • Most law firms I talk to fall into one of two camps. Either they're avoiding AI entirely because they don't trust it with client data, or they're using public tools like ChatGPT and quietly hoping nothing goes wrong.
  • My job is to show them there's a third option.
  • At Elcara, I work with law firms across the Middle East and internationally to help them adopt AI the right way, privately, securely, and without ever putting client data at risk. Everything we build runs inside the firm's own infrastructure. Nothing leaves their walls. Ever.
  • Day to day, I'm the first conversation most firms have with us. I figure out where they're losing time, where the risk exposure is, and whether we're the right fit. When we are, I work closely with the technical team to make sure what gets built actually solves the problem.
  • The results we've seen across our clients speak for themselves, 500+ hours saved every month, $2M+ in operational costs eliminated, contract reviews running 68% faster. Partners getting back hours they didn't think they'd ever see again.
  • This is a high-trust industry. Firms aren't going to hand over their AI strategy to just anyone. So a big part of what I do is earning that trust, one honest conversation at a time.

  • Studied how IOCL's in-house legal function operates, procurement contracts, regulatory compliance, dispute management, under the Manager (Law) at the Northern Region office. The project, "Legal Functioning of IOCL," mapped the legal structure of a PSU working at that scale. It's a different world from litigation.
